Partnering with LODA in Rwanda

In February, we signed an MOU with LODA (Local Administrative Entities Development Agency) in Rwanda. This new partnership will help us strengthen the village planning process, increase local government capacity to engage communities in participatory planning, allow us to support communities in ongoing collection action throughout their seed grant, and strengthen participatory M&E to monitor our impact.
